I had a wonderful stay at The Ivy Hotel! The King Suite on the 14th floor was stunning and offered a very comfortable experience. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Chicago, just a couple of blocks from Michigan Ave. However, the lighting in the room was a bit confusing, and the service was sometimes slowed due to understaffing, but the friendly staff really shone through.
